Uganda being the leader in Group L will play Cape Verde in the AFCON qualifiers on 17th November at Mandela National Stadium at 4pm(E.A.T)
Youssef Essrayri will act as the center referee for the game assisted by Yamen Malloulchi and Jridi Faouzi, both also coming from Tunisia.
