Every beginning of year, we all set goals that we hope to achieve by end of year. However we sometimes don’t get what we set because we set unachievable goals or relax as time goes on. Here is a guide on how you can achieve your goals this year.
Set achievable goals
You need to set goals that can be achieved, for example graduating with a first class, starting a business, eating healthy, getting a job, buying land in case you are working among others. Some people fail to achieve their set goals because they set goals that they wouldn’t achieve even if they worked for years for example buying a helicopter.
Work hard
You wont set goals then relax and achieve them, wake up every morning and work hard. You may need to work twice as hard to achieve those goals.
Net work
Increase on your social capital to grow, Connect with people who have achieved your set goal to learn from them. for example if you want to start a business, you will need to talk to people who have succeed in starting and maintaining businesses.
Keep trying
We don’t always get things at a snap of a finger, you will have to keep trying until you get what you want. Most people give up on the first time of trying and failing which is bad. Even if you don’t get it this, try again next year.
Seek Advice
There is always someone who has been through what you are going through, try to ask the do’s ad don’t s of your idea, the challenges, how to do it better among others. This will help you achieve the goal easier.
