Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) is planning to construct a modern university campus that shall house facilities for enhancing university research.

Prof. Venansius Baryamureeba, the founding Vice Chancellor of UTAMU revealed that the estimated budget of $10m (about 40 billion Uganda shillings) is to be provided under mortgage financing arrangement.

He says the university has already identified a bank which would offer a mortgage of $10m to construct the university building facilities.
