University students report for crime prevention course in Masindi

University students under carder course training 

University students  from the different universities in Uganda are in Masindi district, Kabalye police training school going through training tagged Community policing.

According to the Bihembo Frank, National Resistance Movement chairman, Nkumba university students chapter, the training is aimed at equipping students with crime awareness skills and crime prevention in communities where they live.

The three weeks training started on 8th August and will end on 2nd September this year.

He added that over 500 students from different universities like Makerere university, Nkumba university, Kyambogo university among others will be passed out and awarded with certificates.
