University of Nairobi Ranked 7th among the Top 10 Universities in Africa

The University of Nairobi has been ranked the 7th best institution in Africa 2020 by the African Exponent.

On 20th/February 2020, by the African Exponent issued a list of the top 10 universities in Africa where University of Nairobi appeared to be the 7th best institution in Africa on the list.

The University of Nairobi was the only University from East Africa and Kenya to appear on the list that was issued.

Universities where ranked basing on;

  1. It Being chartered, licensed and accredited by the appropriate higher education-related organization in each country
  2. Offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master or doctoral degrees)
  3. Delivering courses predominantly in a traditional, face-to-face, non-distance education format

The African Exponent is a pan-African news platform dedicated to providing news and analysis about contemporary and historical issues in politics, economics, entrepreneurship and culture relevant to Africa.
