Khloe Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child who is male, born via surrogate.

The baby comes seven months after the two split.  For now, Khloe has not yet to chosen a name for her baby boy.

A source confirmed that Khloe and Tristan were imminently expecting the child via surrogate. “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”

While they are no longer together, Khloe and Tristan are clearly already committed co-parents to True.
