The University of Western Australia is offering 330 Scholarships to International students

A graduate of Makerere university.

Scholarships for Postgraduate/Masters courses:  The University of Western Australia is offering 330 Scholarships to undertake courses at postgraduate level. The scholarships are applicable to all International students.

The scholarship is fully inclusive offering a full Tuition cover for four years, a medical cover (Student Health Cover) and a living allowance. The allowance and the scholarship totals to $28,892 per year.

Upon completion the successful students will be given an opportunity to become a member of the University’s research team where the scholar would work with senior researchers that would attract external resources.

The University of Western Australia is over a decade old and it often placed within the top 100 in the World university Ranking.

Working in Australia: Any student Visa include an automatic permit to work in Australia; it also include permit for your dependent family if you would be moving with it to Australia as you take this or any master or doctorate scholarship. However, you cannot start working immediately if you move early to Australia; the working permit take effect once you start your course.

Area of Study: Masters by Research and Doctorate by Research.

Number : A total of 330 international scholarships would be awarded; they are awarded on merit and competitive ranking and evidence (documentation) provided.

Target Group:Those interested in undertaking a research based course as master or doctorate program.

Eligibility:

  • Must have qualified well academically
  • Must have achieved well in English
  • The undergraduate qualification must be per to The University of Western Australia standards
