Anna Adeke Ebaju, a Law Student and a supporter of FDC, became the forth female Guild president of Makerere University with a landslide victory of 6,609 votes (60.87%) early this year.

From this day forth my feet are guided by the lamp of your faith. By choosing me to handle the biggest position of Guild President at our oldest institution in Uganda, Makerere university.
I’m indeed short of words to express my gratitude. Because no verbal expression can ever define how grateful I am to be your Guild president.
To the friends who prayed and gave both financial and moral support, I can say, am eternally in your debt.
And to all those who believed even with out meeting me, that I was right for the position of Guild President of Makerere university,I want to thank you so much and ask the Almighty God to reward you in abundance.
I will embark on accomplishing and fulfilling my promises. I thus invite the entire students body to accompany me on our journey to redemption as we build for the future.
