Job Title: PM Managed Services

NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.

Job Summary: The PM Managed Services will be mainly responsible for the:
  • Management of the delivery teams in terms of efficiency, attrition rate and career path evolution.
  • Ensure the management and supervision of managed and/or outsourced network infrastructure elements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Make certain that the team monitor networks, end-to-end services in real-time to ensure SLA and KPIs fulfillment and initiate corrective actions to treat abnormal conditions or performance trends.
  • Ensure the team delivers effective incident detection and resolution, manages complex incidents that span technology % services boundaries and coordinates escalation to Technical Support Operations
  • Ensure the network performance analysis is conducted and initiate the corrective actions to resolve any findings of the analysis.
  • Act as the key focal contact for customer for their network management operation.
  • Develop Network Operations teams with appropriate trainings, knowledge transfer etc.
  • Ensure that best practices are applied with knowledge management shared with peers and teams.
  • Ensure that all functional resources are continuously available: people, tools, facilities etc.
  • Ensure that Network Operations are continuously delivered 24x7x365.
  • Manage project costs and variable margins,
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1.       Performance of the team
2.       3R performance (Response/Restore/Resolve)
3.       Resource availability and attrition rate
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • Past experience in Maintenance, Network Operations and/or Technical Support activities in mobile and fixed environments.
  • Strong global management and people management skills
  • Significantly experienced to work in international environment
  • High customer and results focused
  • Highly fluent in English with good communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
