The Supreme Court has ruled that Erias Lukwago should wait to resume his work as the Lord Mayor of Kampala at City Hall.
Lukwago had sought the Supreme Court’s intervention to overturn earlier orders of Justice Steven Kavuma of the Court Appeal.
The case has thus been referred back to the court of Appeal before the embattled Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago can return to office.
