CURE Children’s Hospital of Uganda, a non-profit Christian Hospital located in Mbale and Africa’s only center for pediatric neurosurgery with a mission of transforming the lives of children living with neurological disabilities and their families in the developing world is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of STUDY RADIOGRAPHER

Job Requirements for the position of Study Radiographer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Medical Radiography or Imaging. Any additional relevant training in the field of diagnostic science is an added advantage.
• Must have an updated certificate of registration with the appropriate Health Professional’s Council
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical or research setting is an added advantage
• High level of competence in the use of diagnostics like ultrasound, CT scans safely; knowledge of MRI aspects is of an added advantage
• Experience of quality assurance for imaging and high professional standards
• Willingness and ability to adopt new knowledge and research procedures
• Flexible attitude to duties and to hours of work with ability lo remain calm under pressure
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English required. Fluency in the predominant local language ls) also an added advantage.
• Must uphold professional integrity.
