Singer Deus Ndugwa alias Grenade Official, early this month spent the night Kajjansi Police Station cells after he was arrested for trespassing into his ex-girlfriend’s home.
This was after she threw him out of her apartment. Among the things, she accused Grenade of doing, including practicing witchcraft and wanting expensive gifts, yet he puts very little on the table in terms of provision.
Following his release on Police bond, Grenade headed straight to studio. He stung his ex-lover Abdul Aziz Kilooto in a song dubbed Wewanika.

In the song, he sung about vengeance to an ex-girlfriend who no longer had standard. He accused the ex-of standing on a pedestal not now she is good for nothing. “I was tired of a taxi and I boarded a bus. I chewed and spat you out.” he sings in part.
Now his ex, -Kilooto wants that song banned and withdrawn from the music airwaves. Through her lawyers, she has asked him to stop performing the offensive song anywhere.
However, Grenade has refused to withdraw the song insisting it has nothing to do with Abdul Aziz.
