JOB DETAILS:
METGE wants to recruit a Programme Manager to manage the operations of the programme. This person will be delivering professional management and leadership and a disciplined approach to project management. The Programme Manager will oversee the expansion of the tree distribution network through our partners to increase tree planting to mitigate the effects of climate change.
The successful candidate must have a degree and masters in forestry, agriculture, agroforestry or environmental studies. Based in Mbale, Eastern Uganda, the person will be responsible for implementing the annual work plan through a network of partners, monitoring tree planting activities and reporting on performance. .
