Job Summary: Iles de paix is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to coordinate programs who will provide strategic guidance and oversee the progress of operations.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and has proven experience in managing teams to produce results in a timely manner. HE/SHE is able to develop efficient strategies and methods to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization in time. The duration of the contract will include a 6 months probation period, and will be extendable to an open ended contract. The duty station is Fort Portal with frequent trips to the intervention area (up to 40% of time). Iles de Paix offers an attractive salary package including health insurance and others.
