Prof. Venansias Baryamureeba is the newly appointed Chancellor of Ibanda University. This was announced at the 1st Graduation Ceremoney of Ibanda university  held on Friday 24th November 2017.
Prof. Baryamureeba accompanied by Prof. Emmanuel Karoro, the Vice-Chancellor presided over the graduation ceremony.
A total of 416 graduated with degrees, diplomas and certificates in different academic courses.
Ibanda university is one of the private universities in Uganda.
It was started in 2014. It is located in Ibanda District.
