Police Boss Kafeero Moses Finally Graduates at Nkumba University

Kabalye Police School Training Commandant Moses Kafeero (C) graduated with a masters degree at Nkumba University

Former  Kampala  Region  Police  Commander  and  Kabalye  Police  School   Training  Commandant,   Moses  Kafeero  is  bobbing  shoulder  high  after   graduating   with  a  Masters   degree  in  Education Management  &  Planning  at  Nkumba  University .

The  Uganda  police  top  government    officer  is smiling  from  the  heart  after  finally   graduating   last  Saturday   at   the   17th  Graduation of Nkumba  University   in   Entebbe.

The  police  chief  was among   the   one   thousand  eight   hundred and twenty four   graduates   who   were  awarded   in  several   academic  disciplines.

The  special  ceremony   was  presided  over   by   the  University  Chancellor,  Sir Gordon   Kasibante   Wavamunno  and attended by several  high profiled government officers including Brig. Elly Kayanja, Hon. Jessica Alupo, among others.
