Geoffrey Opwonya gave hosts Gulu the lead in the 15th minute but Ibrahim Kasule levelled matters for St. Lawrence in the 50th minute of the game.
Result left St. Lawrence in second position in group C with six points from six games and Gulu at the bottom of the table with only two points from four games.
