Pepsi Uganda University Football League: Busitema University 2-0 Nkumba University

Busitema University football team has beaten Nkumba University 2-0. This marks the their first ever loss for Nkumba University football league in the group stages in the last 4 years.

At the 40th minute, Kakara Joshua put hosts Busitema ahead at the close of the first half with a header off a long pass from Kibande Cyrus.

Ndeke Julius scored off an assist by Sanya Mageni during the second half at the 89th minute.

Busitema goalkeeper Lumala Ronald voted Man of the Match after saving 12 shots on goal.

It’s going to be a long journey back to Entebbe for the Beach Boys but here in Busitema the party is just beginning.
