Pauline Avigès Graham Scholarship for African Women in UK, 2018

The London School of Economics and Political Science is offering Pauline Avigès Graham Scholarship for female African applicants. The scholarship amount for 2018 entry will be up to £15,000.

The London School of Economics is a public research university located in London, England and a constituent college of the federal University of London.

If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.

Eligibility for the Scholarship:

Eligible Countries: The scholarship is for a female African nationals (Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, Sâo Tomé and Príncipe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Somaliland, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe).

Entrance Requirements: The scholarship is for a female African national domiciled within one of the following African countries or the UK, or a female national of and domiciled in Iran, Iraq or Lebanon. Students must have an offer of a place on one of LSE’s undergraduate programmes.

English Language Requirements: If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.
