  • The distribution of petroleum products (service station networks, commercial fuel oil, aviation fuel, LPG, bitumens, etc.), with operations in Europe, the Caribbean and Africa through our subsidiary Rubis Énergie;
  • Support and services, alongside our downstream petroleum products distribution activity, with a midstream position, grouping together refining, trading-supply and shipping operations;
  • Storage through our subsidiary Rubis Terminal, providing storage of liquid products for our customers (petroleum, chemical and agri-food products). Rubis Terminal is a leader in France and also holds operations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Turkey.

Job Summary:  The Order Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of products from depots to customer sites and retail stations in the right quantity and quality within the shortest time possible while working towards fleet optimization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives confirmed orders from Customer Service and programs them into a loading schedule as per set procedures
  • Maintains file records of all loading documents.
  • Responsible for the control and issuance of numbered seals for delivery trucks and vulnerable areas
  • Prepares release documents for loaded trucks and Dispatches
  • Ensure adequate supply of order processing documents and accessories.
  • Plays a key role in the emergency response team in case of fires and spills
  • Receiving and timely sharing of scanned returned delivery documents and signed invoices to respective departments.
  • Maintains and shares accurate and complete daily loading reports
  • Accounts for all seals issued out and in stock to prevent loss of seals or illegal use by drivers and manage re-order levels to avoid stock out.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in a business-related field.
  • At least two years of related work experience in the Oil operations environment.
  • A flexible person.
  • Ability to work for long and odd hours
  • The job holder should be physically fit.
  • High levels of integrity
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
