Office Assistant Job – Chint Uganda

Job Title:   Office Assistant (No Experience Jobs)

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

About US:

Chint Uganda is a branch of Chint International that has been growing soundly and showing a good image to the public since the 1980’s. Our undertaking started from a small workshop producing low-voltage apparatus, growing into an international brand, we have been specialized in electric industry and gradually grew into a leading enterprise in industrial electrical equipment field in China and the whole world.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customers’ Accounts
  • Working with a billing system generating invoices
  • Collecting Payments
  • Posting receipts in a timely manner

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of science in accounting and Finance or any other related business course
  • One year of working experience is another added advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
  • Extremely organized, accurate, and a team worker
