NTU International Scholarships for Postgraduate Students, 2014

Nottingham Trent University is offering international scholarships in the fields of Journalism, Media and Globalization, English Language Teaching and International Development.

The scholarships are available for pursuing postgraduate degree level. Applicants must be holding an NTU offer when they apply. Applicants should not submit their scholarship application before or with the application to study at NTU. 

Students may apply for as many scholarships as they want but they may only be awarded one scholarship. The scholarships will cover half-fee for October 2014. 25th July 2014 is the application deadline.

Eligibility:-This application is for the MA, MA (by research) and MRes scholarships. Please do not use this form for PhD or undergraduate study.
-You must be holding an NTU offer when you apply (please do not submit your scholarship application before or with your application to study at NTU.
-You must be classed as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes.

Scholarship Open for International Students: International students can apply for the scholarships.

Scholarship Description: Nottingham Trent University is pleased to offer a range of scholarships and bursaries for courses starting in October 2014. Scholarships are competitive and are based on academic attainment. It is therefore of great importance that you submit your academic documents to us, and that you give your proposal or summary of past research and/or applied experience careful thought and preparation. You may apply for as many scholarships as you want but you may only be awarded one scholarship. Selection is based on academic attainment and a research proposal or summary of past research and/or applied experience.  It is therefore of great importance that you submit your supporting transcripts directly to us.

What does it cover? The scholarships will cover half-fee for October 2014.

Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic attainment and a research proposal or summary of past research and/or applied experience.

Notification: Applicants should expect to hear if your application has been successful no later than 30th August 2014.

Philimon Badagawa.

Philimon Badagawa is a multimedia journalist with skills in news gathering, packaging, editing and online publishing. He has knowledge in data visualization, can design and manage websites. He previously worked as a journalist with Observer media and authored several articles and stories. He does research, video & audio recording, editing and production for online publication. He Participated in The New Dawn photography campaign aimed at rebranding Northern Uganda-USAID/NUTI Project (2010). Philimon is in love with photography, writing, reading, sharing new ideas and interacting with reasonable people for skills development.
