About US:

The Government of Uganda (GoU) has received credit from the international Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards financing a ten-year National Oil Palm Project (NOPP). The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as the Lead Agency. Implementation will also involve other partners including other Ministries, agencies, District Local Governments and private sector players with strong public and private sector partnership in project implementation.

Job Summary:  The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant will perform data and reporting support functions and will overall be in charge of ensuring the project data bases are regularly updated. The M&E Assistant will report to the ME&L Manager but also work under the close supervision of the M&E Officer.
