Mbarara University of Science and Technology Sets Date for 25th Graduation Ceremony

The academic registrar of Mbarara University of Science and Technology has announced that the 25th Graduation Ceremony will be held on 27th October 2018.

Martha Kyoshaba Twinamasiko said the function will be held at Kihumuro Campus Grounds starting at 8:00 am.

She notes that graduands should pay shs. 82,750= (Eighty Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Shillings Only) bank charges inclusive for  Graduation, Convocation, Certificate and Transcript fees.

“The invitation cards for Graduands and their parents will be ready for collection on Monday 22nd October 2018 from the Office of the Academic Registrar”, Says Kyoshaba Twinamasiko.

The Graduands must take their seats by 8:00 a.m. and the invited guests are expected to be seated by 8:45 a.m.

The academic registrar warns that students who have not completed payment of fees will not be presented for graduation.

“All payments and clearance must be done before 28th September 2018 in order for graduands to receive their Academic Transcripts and Certificates on the graduation day.”
