Mayor Mathias Walukagga Dragged to Court Over Failure to Pay Shs 22m Debts

Mayor – Kyengera town Council Sir Mathias Walukagga, has been dragged to court over failure to pay shs 22m debts he received in 2019.

According to the video, Walukagga borrowed the money to run a music show but failed to pay it back.
