Applications are invited for Master of Science in Management of Sustainable Development Goals (MSDG) Scholarship programme for the academic year 2018-2019. Up to 10 scholarships are available for international students.
The Master of Science in Management of Sustainable Development Goals (MSDG) by LUMSA International is a one year international MSc programme in English language of 1st level and it is offered in a blended format to facilitate the participation of both professionals and long-distance students.
LUMSA – Free University Maria Santissima Assunta – is a non-state Italian university of Catholic inspiration. It is the second oldest university in Rome after La Sapienza: its history began with Luigia Tincani in 1939. The LUMSA is part of the national university system and issues degrees that have a legal value equivalent to those of state universities.

- Course Level:Â Scholarships are available to pursue Master degree programme.
- Study Subject:Â Scholarships are awarded to study Master of Science in Management of Sustainable Development Goals (MSDG). This is a Specialized Master program taught entirely in English.
- Scholarship Award: On the basis of the selection results could be approved:
- full scholarship of € 10,000.00
- 2 advanced scholarships of € 7,000.00
- 7 partial scholarships of € 5,000.00
Grants will be awarded on the basis of the ranking based on merit
- Nationality:Â International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
- Number of Scholarships: Up to 10 scholarships are available.
- Scholarship can be taken in Italy

Entrance Requirements:Â To be admitted students must:
- Have a Bachelor (*) in Natural/Hard Sciences (Architecture, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) or in Social Sciences (Anthropology, Comminication, Economics, International Relations, Law, Management, Pedagogy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology) or in Humanities (History, Languages, Literature, Philosophy, Theology).
- Prove English language proficiency by means of: (this requirement is waived for candidates whose mother tongue is English)
– Cambridge FCE or
– IELTS or
– TOEFL or
– Level B of English Knowledge by Certification or oral exam with MSDG commission. - Take an interview via Skype with the MSDG Director.
(*) Candidates who don’t have their Bachelor degree at the time of application will be urged to provide convincing evidence that they will be able to comply by September 30, 2018.

How to Apply: Your admission will be completed after you finalize the first fee instalment and provide:
- Copy of your original academic degree (or degrees) or in case you did not yet graduate: A certified statement from your university confirming that you are in the last year of your undergraduate studies.
- One of the following English language certificates: (this applies only to non-English mother tongue candidates)

– TOEFL or
– Level B of English Knowledge by Certification or oral exam with MSDG commission.
Instead of your English-language certificate, you may also upload a screen print with your test results (from the test organisation’s website)
- ID Card /Passport (the admission of foreign students is conditional on their obtaining the required VISA).
