Since it is a special month (Ramadan) for our Muslim brothers and sisters, I guess I should start by saying Salam Alaikum.
Being a month that embraces holiness including abstaining from foods and drinks and on top of it purification also depicted by veiling and wearing of descent attires, some find comfort in giving these outfits a fashion touch.
One that caught my attention is Makerere University’s Journalism student Zaitun who treasures her faith and believes that veiling makes her feel beautiful and respected among her peers.
