Makerere university sets 3rd October as deadline for registration

The Academic Registrar, Makerere University wishes to remind the Students’ community that registration for Semester I, 2014/2015 which started on Wednesday 3rd September, 2014 at the respective Colleges/Schools, will end on 3rd October, 2014.

The Fees Policy clearly states that all students should have paid 100% tuition and all functional fees by the end of the 6th week of the semester.

The Cycle for online registration is still open.  Registration may be done from any computer with internet connectivity by clicking here. The registration deadline is Friday 3rd October, 2014.

This registration is for subjects/courses being offered this semester for your respective programmes/courses.  Once registered each student is enabled to print the financial statement which shall be used as evidence of payment of fees.

Makerere university students who belong to the under listed categories are advised to contact College Registrars before they can register.

(i)    Retakes Cases
(ii)    Stay Put Cases
(iii)    Withdrawal cases
(iv)    Audited Courses
(v)    Extension Cases

College Registrars will provide students with guidelines/Instructions for registration and handle all registration related matters.  Please take note that registration is only complete upon payment of University dues.

NOTE: No student will be allowed to register for this semester beyond 3rd October, 2014 and students who will not have registered by this date will not be considered to be Makerere University students.

He previously worked as a journalist with Observer media and authored several articles and stories. He does research, video & audio recording, editing and production for online publication. He Participated in The New Dawn photography campaign aimed at rebranding Northern Uganda-USAID/NUTI Project (2010). Philimon is in love with photography, writing, reading, sharing new ideas and interacting with reasonable people for skills development.
