Makerere university extends deadline for registration & tuition payment

Makerere University has extended the deadline for tuition payment for one more month from the earlier deadline of 5th October 2015.

The campus times has also learnt that Makerere university management has accepted to extend the deadline for registration owing to internet connection failures.

According to information from the students’ guild, the extension decision  was reached at by management after the Guild request to extend the deadlines.

A statement released by Makerere University Guild reads in part……

“We therefore wish to request the general students’ fraternity to use the opportunity to clear the tuition as requested by management.

As the students guild leadership, we encourage our fellow colleagues to ensure harmony as everything is now resolved.

“Though we wish to state that we are not in any way in support of the unfriendly university policies, it is prudent that we try as much as possible to pay tuition at the appropriate time in case of inconveniences”.
