Makerere University Deputy Vice Chancellor Candidates Make Public Presentations

Prof. William Bazeyo and Prof. Anthony Mugisha, the contestants for the Makerere University Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration), have made public presentations.

The candidates made their presentations on Tuesday November 6, 2018 before staff, students and members of the public in the Main Hall.

The event was organised by the Senate Search Committee for the positions of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs) and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration)

Presentations were modulated by PDr. John M. Kitayimbwa and Dr. Florence Bayiga while Mr. Justus Karegyeya was the Secretariat to the Senate Search Committee.

Other members present were, Academic Registrar led by Mr. Alfred Masikye Namoah, assisted by Mrs. Patience Mushengyezi.

Mean while, the Five Candidates  for the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs) made their presentations on Monday November 5, 2018.

These were; Prof. Constant Okello-Obura,Dr. Umar Kakumba,Dr. Betty Akullu Ezati,Dr. Gorettie Nsubuga Nabanoga and Prof. Peter K. Baguma.
