Makerere university is calling for submission of projects for consideration to participate in TechCon 2014.
Does your project or innovation address the world’s development challenges like issues of climate change manifesting as drought, floods, landslides, disease outbreaks, sanitation; chronic conflict, urbanization, agriculture, food security, chronic diseases (HIV&AIDS)?
Kindly submit an abstract of not more than 300 words summarizing your project, the issue/problem being addressed and the methodology used to solve the problem to the e-mail address : sagaba@ranlab.org <mailto:sagaba@ranlab.org>
Qualifying Projects shall then be contacted to pitch to the EasternAfrica Resilience Innovation Lab (EA RILab), ResilientAfrica Network(RAN), School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences (CHS), Makerere University in August 2014 and the winners stand a chance of participating in TechCon 2014 in California, USA in November 2014
Note: Please include the team members and their respective contacts in-case submission is a group project. Individual projects shall also be considered.
