Makerere University Business School to launch Google Developer Group

Makerere University Business School is going to launch the Google Developer Groups on 5th September 2014.

Google Developer Groups (GDGs) are for developers who are interested in Google’s developer technology; everything from the Android , App Engine, and Google Chrome platforms, to product APIs like the Maps API, YouTube API and Google Calendar API.

The developers will work closely with Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Community to provide business technology solutions.

Google Developer Group at Makerere University Business School is the 12th in Uganda

Who can join?

All students and staff interested in Application development
•  Business oriented students and staff with ideas on how technology can
be used in business
•  Techpreneurs

Key Speakers at the launch will include: The Principal of Makerere University Business School, GDG Uganda ,Mentor, Dean Faculty of Computing and Management, Head of Department Business Computing
