Makerere university held its 73rd graduation starting from 13th to 17th February physically at Freedom Square.

A total of 13,221 graduands, of whom 6,809 (52%) are female and 6,412 (48%) are male, were expected to graduate during the university’s graduation ceremony, 102 PhDs (41 female, 61 male).
