Makerere University 70th Graduation List January 2020

The Academic Registrar of Makerere University has released the list for the 70th graduation ceremony.

The ceremony will run for four days starting on Tuesday 14th Jan – Friday 17th Jan 2020.

A total of 13,509 graduands  will be conferred upon degrees and awarded diplomas during the ceremony at the Freedom Square.

The majority (50.5%) of the graduands are females while 49.5% are males.

According to the list from the office of the academic registrar, 420 Graduands obtained a Cummulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) above 4.40 hence attaining First Class Degrees.

Philimon Badagawa

Philimon Badagawa is a multimedia journalist with skills in news gathering, packaging, editing and online publishing. He has knowledge in data visualization, can design and manage websites. He previously worked as a journalist with Observer media and authored several articles and stories. He does research, video & audio recording, editing and production for online publication. He Participated in The New Dawn photography campaign aimed at rebranding Northern Uganda-USAID/NUTI Project (2010). Philimon is in love with photography, writing, reading, sharing new ideas and interacting with reasonable people for skills development.
