Makerere Students Appeal to The President

MUK students  appealed to the H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to fullfil all his long a waited program of the students loan scheme that will enable students acquire loans for  their education.
This appeal came after the university counsel insisting that they’ll not make any adjustment in requesting the students to pay a deposit of 60% of their tuition in the first 8weeeks  of the semester.
carter Ivan, the guild president through the press conference said that without this being fulfilled, student strikes will not stop in the Ugandan universities.
