Kyambogo University’s 16th Graduation Ceremony 2019

Kyambogo University will be holding its 16th graduation ceremony from 11th December to 13th December 2019 at Kyambogo University Graduation Grounds – East End Pitch.

The ceremony is splited into three phrases which will run for three days starting on December 11 at 8:00am 2019 to December 13 at 1:00 pm

Thousands students shall be awarded with undergraduates, postgraduates’, degrees and diplomas in various academic courses offered at the university


Grandaunts are requested to clear all dues before the deadline and they should be financially verified by the Finance Officers at the respective Faculties/ Schools/ Departments.

Graduands will pick their invitation from the Office of the Academic Registrar a day before the graduation day

Students who need to verify their results are available at the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools and can be accessed during working hours.

Below are fees Graduands need to pay:

1 Graduation fee 100,000/ =
2 Transcript fee 30,000/ =
3 Certificate fee 30,000/ =
3 Convocation fee 10,000/ =
Total  170,000/=

Graduands should take Note of Graduation days as follows:

Day1;   Wednesday 11th December 2019
