Kyambogo University Invites Applications for Admission to Graduate Programmes – 2023/2024

The Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University invites applications for admission to Graduate Programmes (Postgraduate Diploma, Masters degree and Doctoral programmes) for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 

The applicants eligible for admission shall possess prerequisite qualifications (academic and professional) as prescribed in the advertisement.

No application for admission shall be considered outside the criteria. All Graduate Programmes are PRIVATELY SPONSORED.

The University Tuition Fees indicated for various programmes exclude functional fees, research, accommodation, books, bank charges and other expenses.

Application procedure

  • Applicants should fill and submit the form on-line using the following link: https://apply.kyu.ac.ug. On submitting the form, printout a pay slip and pay a non-refundable application fee of Uganda shillings 50,000/= (Ugandans, Kenyans, Tanzanians, Rwandans, Burundians, Congolese (DRC) and South Sudanese applicants) and Uganda Shillings 75,000/= (International applicants) excluding bank charges at any bank integrated with Kyambogo system.
  • Print 2 copies of the filled system generated biodata form, attach 2 Certified copies of your academic documents, 2 copies of all other related academic documents, 2 passport size photos and three referees’ letters of recommendation.

  • Thereafter, submit to Kyambogo University Directorate of Research and Graduate Training, Uganda Block Room 1

The closing date for receiving applications is Sunday 7th May 2023.
