KIU, MUBS and St Lawrence Universities ready for Beach Soccer League kick off

The 2014/15 National Beach soccer league kicks off this Sunday at Lido beach with several games on card. Kampala International University (KIU) will lock horns against debutant Kayunga Town Council team before NKumba Select faces off rivals defending champions Kira Young.

In other matches St Lawrence University will be up against Elites Club while Makerere University Business School (MUBS) takes on Zaba Super Market. Elsewhere, Dalumba Richmond will open up the virgin league with Braza Braza in the other match of the Pepsi sponsored league.

The league will run for over four months. Pepsi brand’s manager Timothy Luzinda, confirmed recently of full support to the game.

“At Pepsi, we are committed to helping the game of beach soccer”. Luzinda alerted lately. The Campus Times will keep you posted with the results.
