KAMPALA UNIVERSITY SILENSES MAKERERE UNIVERSITY.

Kampala Universitys’ (KU) superb form continues as they went on to wrath Makerere University (MUK) at Villa Park. In a game which was a dubbed the Battle of Champions having KU as the current East African champions and MUK as the 2012 University League defending Champions, had KU come up the victors with a 3:0 convincing win under rainy weather conditions.
The win which was mainly battled won from the midfield had the KU Midfielders of Abel, Muzamim and Mutyaba at their best, were quick to say “It was really tough for us especially in the holding midfield but we came up top and deserved the win to boost us since it was against the current Champions”
Having up come up as the victors in the thrilling encounter the win puts KU on Top of the League. Indicating the there are good things to come from the team and like the motto goes “Struggle for Excellence”, surely the struggle goes on and it pays off. KUs next league is Mbarara School of Science and Technology (MUST).
