As KIU is Exploring the Heights, the university has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Swiss institute (Swiss School of Management) to enhance academic corporation between the two institutions.
The MoU was signed on 11th March 2020 between the Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Busigye Janice Desire (KIU) and Dr. Masimilano Bracale a representative from Swiss School of Management (SSM)
The MoU is aimed to establish, develop and enhance academic corporation between the two institutions through teaching and staff.
The Swiss School of Management is an International Institute of Higher Education, based in the eternal city of Rome.
The school aims at providing students with the highest quality educational experience through one-on-one leadership coaching, personal development plans, and innovative educational tools to help students develop qualities that will distinguish them as leaders.
“We are glad to be partners with one of the most respected universities in Africa, especially in Uganda to foster academic relations as it will yield great benefits for the students as well as the staff,” stated Dr. Masimilano.
“With this MOU, we will be able to partner with SSM on great projects like student and staff exchange so that we can build capacity for our university. It is a long term partnership and we are excited to see its fruits soon,” said Dr. Janice.
