About US:
The Ministry of Health receives funding from UNOPS/WSSCC to support the Uganda Sanitation Fund (USF) Programme. The USF overall objective is to contribute to reduction of morbidity and mortality rates through improved sanitation and hygiene with a focus on building sustainable and improved sanitation and hygiene facilities, stopping open defecation and promoting handwashing with soap. The programme is implemented in 30 districts, largely located in the Teso, Lango and West Nile regions and is managed by the Ministry of Health.
Job Summary: The Technical Assistant will provide the technical support to the management of the USF Programme.
