Job Title: Sales Representatives (Several Vacancies)

HR & Management Agency Ltd is recruiting for its client, a leading Local Internet Services Provider with strong Pan African roots.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Actively participate in and assist with product launches.
  • Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, services and take orders.
  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/market segment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The candidate should hold a university degree in a business related field.
  • A minimum of two to three years experience in a sales environment, preferably in the FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Possess the ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Well presented, driven and can think on your feet!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good reporting and ability to work under time pressure deadlines
  • Computer literate with strong administrative abilities.

Age limit: 25 – 35 years
