Job Title: Personal Assistant (2 Vacancies)
Spear Motors Ltd is a private Limited Company duly incorporated under the Laws of Uganda. It was founded in 1973 by Prof. Gordon Wavamunno. Spear Motors Ltd is the Sole official distributor for Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany the manufactures of Mercedes Benz. It is also the official distributor for other legendary brands like Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Great Wall Motors (Wingle double cabin and Hover Station wagons), Kinglong Buses and Deutz Fahr Tractors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Personal Assistant should possess a bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- A minimum of six years’ working experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience from a reputable company.
- Computer literacy skills and good typing speed with shorthand.
- Previous experience from a multinational organization will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English language proficiency i.e. knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and discipline.
- Highly flexible, self starter and able to meet deadlines.
- Highly self motivated.
Note: Salary is Negotiable and successful candidates will be required to submit pay slips for the last three months.
