Job Title: Loan Officers

Premier Credit Limited (PREMIER CREDIT), a new and fast growing microfinance institution (MFI) in Uganda with a Vision of Turning GREAT Ideas into REALITY is seeking to recruit young, professional, dynamic, organized, result and customer oriented individuals with a “can do’ attitude, who wish to grow their career in a culture of high achievement to fill the following positions:

Job Summary: The Group Loan Officer is primarily responsible for the formation of solidarity groups, training of the groups, assessment and appraisal, Loan processing, credit delivery and ensure quality portfolio on loans delivered.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  :

  • The candidates should hold Diplomas or University Degrees from recognized institutions – in the following areas – Education, Commerce, Social Sciences, and Business Administration.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in the microfinance sector.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient in various technologies (i.e. MS Office, excel, email).
  • The applicants must be willing to expound values of honesty and commitment to the target market.
