Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Aga Khan Education Services (AKES) currently operates over 200 schools and advanced educational programmes that provide quality pre-school, primary, secondary, and higher secondary education services to students in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Kyrgyz Republic, Uganda, Tanzania, and Tajikistan.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Officer will work closely with the Human Resources Manager, to perform a number of personnel management related tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or any other relevant qualifications
- At least a year’s experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced organization
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess sound work ethics
- Good administrative and organizational skills
