• Steer the development, implementation and maintenance a comprehensive cost system.
• Offering reliable and timely information, especially on financial matters, to the C.E.O and the Management Committee.
• Analyzing thoroughly key issues pertaining to NIL’s financial resources and expenditure thereof.
• Ensuring Tax compliance within the Institution of NIL.
• Management of Rental collections, allowable deductions and remittance of the same to the property owners.
• Providing reliable and timely information, to the C.E.O and the Management Committee.
• Oversee the preparation of internal and for external audits to ensure implementation of initiatives to address areas of weakness highlighted.

• The applicant should hold an Honors Degree in Commerce, ACCA, CPA or Business Administration.
• A minimum of five years’ management experience in similar line.
• Professional Expertise, Financial orientation, self starting initiative, Organizational astuteness.
• Possess the ability to select, develop and motivate necessary talent in his or her department to maintain the company’s overall objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with unquestionable Integrity.
• Computer literacy skills with proficiency with different financial accounting packages.
