Jobs – Fresh Graduate Management Trainee Jobs at Total Uganda

Total Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of the Total Group. Total Group operates in more than 130 countries world wide and is one of the major players in the energy sector. We are seeking to recruit self driven fresh graduates occupy the above dynamic positions within the company. The successful applicants will undergo 18 months of training during which time they will have the opportunity to work in various departments of the company and receive on the job training and formal training relevant to the company.

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The applicants should hold an honour’s degrees in any of the following fields from a recognized institution.
    • Business Administration or Commerce with a  major in the following areas; Accounting or Marketing or Finance or Economics
    • Human Resource Management, Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development or related disciplines.
    • Procurement and Logistics management related fields
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word processing and Excel
  • Customer focused and quality consciousness
  • Focused with great aptitude to learn
  • Self driven individuals with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • The applicant should have graduated in the last 18 months
  • Not more than 18 months’ working experience.
