Job Title: Education Officers (3 Career Opportunities)

Windle Trust Uganda (WTU) is a registered NGO whose primary mission is to equip refugees and others affected by conflict in Africa to meet the challenges of-development through providing access to education, training, and employment opportunities by advocacy and direct programme activity. In partnership with the UNHCR, WTU seeks to recruit suitable qualified persons to fill the following positions for Kampala Office & Refugee Settlements in Kiryandongo, Arua and Adjumani.

Job Summary: The Education Officers will be responsible for and entrusted with a number of activities to coordinate, implement, monitoring and evaluation of Primary, Secondary & Vocational education Programmes for Windle Trust Uganda (WTU).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The suitable candidates should hold degrees in Education
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in education programme management
  • Ability to ride a motor cycle and possession of a valid riding permit.
