Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Techno Brain BPO/ITES is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Enabled Services division of Africa’s leading software Solutions Company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cordially answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically
- In charge of researching required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update and maintain existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs/update CRM Tool
- Perform any other duties as maybe assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicants for the Customer Service Representative jobs must have completed a High school diploma or equivalent
- Past experience in call Centre work environment is mandatory.
- Fluency on both spoken and written English with
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Knowledge in more language is an added advantage)
- Computer literacy i.e. excellent Microsoft office skills
- Smart in appearance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time conscience
- Good organizational skills
