About US:

Metropol is a business information and credit management company which partnered with GCR to provide credit rating services that enable corporates to raise capital and meet their financing needs. It provides Credit ReferenceBureau (CRB) Services to ALL banks. Our CRB services leverage full-file credit information sharing and alternative data sources from MFIs, SACCOs, HELB, Utilities, Mobile phone companies and providers of goods and services on credit to help customers improve their access to finance and increase the credit providers’ capacity to lend profitably to more customers.

Job Summary:  The Credit Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for all Subscribers and Subjects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The Credit Analyst should hold a good Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a Customer service related role
  • Detailed working knowledge of credit reporting
  • Pleasant personality, organized person who is outgoing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Clean criminal record supported by a certificate of good conduct issued by the Ugandan Police.
